Default Forwaded message deatails

Hi all,

By default, when we forward an email on Outlook, the body of the email is appended with the timestamp of the original email.

Is there a way to tell outlook not to add ANYTHING to a particular forwarded email? I have an email that i need people to forward everyday but want to avoid them forrgetting to delete the previous timestamps added by default when forwarding the email.

Hope someone can help.

many thanks

de049.

Instead of forwarding the message, open the message in its own windows and
and the Actions menu to choose "Resend this message".
