I've looked most everywhere ...really need to figure out if it's
possible to have one folder that shows everything in the my follow up folder and my unread folder. To me, that seems like a no-brainer as what a person would want, but can't find a way to make it happen. ....any help out there? Thanks! |

Can you "search" or set up rules on a follow up folder? I'm looking to combine these two, but keep them intact ...a rule would be great - but I don't know how to set it up involving the "follow up folder", or flagged items... |

You can't create a search folder of a search folder but you can create a new
search folder that shows items marked for followup or unread. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Do you keep Outlook open 24/7? It's one of the default search folder choices. Right-click Search Folders, select New Search Folder, and select "Mail either unread or flagged for follow up". -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
