Outlook2003 will not connect.

I can also use OutrlookExpress 6.0 to read and send mail. I have deleted and re-added my email account and there has been no change. I tried to add the shaw webmail as http but that did not work. I have a single firewall running and Outlook is allowed. I am using Norton Anti-Virus and it is up to date. Can anybody help or should I just switch to Eudora?
