Default Unencrypting email?

I want to archive my Outlook email on another computer.
Some of the emails are encrypted (they can be read on the host computer). Is there a way to remove the encryption so that I can read them on another computer after I archive them and the backup computer doesnt have the encryption certificate?
thank you
