If your mail provider makes it available on the web, yes.

Yes & No
You wont be able to access the mail you have downloaded / sent within
Outlook, unless its an imap account

What type of email account?

Not within outlook. But most email providers offer web access to the
mailboxes, so you may be able to read it in a browser.

If it doesn't have web access, you may be able ot configure it to either
forward to a hotmail or gmail account or use a hotmail or gmail account to
collect copies of the messages.

No, you can't get your "Outlook" mail. You have to get your e-mail
before it gets to Outlook.

But you can *probably* access your e-mail on the web. It depends on
what company (ISP or somebody else) that provides your e-mail service,
but many companies provide web access to your mail at their web site.

I normally have my laptop with me when I travel and get my mail with
Outlook, but worst case, if I'm away from home without the laptop, I
can use a public computer and get my mail on the web site I referred
to above. I always dislike reading mail on a web site, since it's
always very slow and clumsy compared to Outlook or any other e-mail
client, but I am glad to have that facility available rather than have
no access at all.

So check with your ISP (or whoever else supplies your e-mail) to find
out how to do this. The info is probably on their web site, but worst
case, call them and ask how.
