Default Outlook 2003 Error

I keep getting the error "unable to open default email folders. the
information store could not be opened" when I try to open Outlook 2003, I
have uninstalled Outlook and Office and then re-installed them. But still I
keep getting the error.

I have also removed all Profiles and created a new one, but I still keep
getting the error. Outlook will not go past the error message.

Can someone help?

Thank you.

I'd suggest you try Googling "unable open default mail folders" there are
lots of responses.

Default Outlook 2003 Error

Have you tried opening Outlook in Safe Mode (Start-run-outlook.exe /safe
note the space between the .exe and the /)
