Default font changes in size when replying to a certain contact

hello

I have issue that is really wired. A user at my office has his signature
change color and size when he is replying to another user within the
company. This only happens to this user and no one else. The user that is
having the issue is using outlook 2002 and we are an exchange 2003. Now if
he creates a new email to this user the issue does not happen.

Thanks for the help
