Default SMS Add-in

I have recently installed this add-in and upgraded to SP2.

Although I now have a new SMS Toolbar with 2 buttons (New SMS Message /
Options), I can't get this to work. I either get a message saying that The
Modem Does Not Support Messages in PDU Format (when using the modem option)
or Your Chosen Mobile is not available to Use (when I have input my mobile
no into the add-in options).

What am I doing wrong?!

Ask the maker of the SMS program - not an Outlook issue. Most programs have
a support option via email - look up the website from which you obtained the
add-in and look for their "Contact Us" link.
