Windows XP can automatically zip for him. He just has to highlight the items
he wants, right-click and select compress or zip (whatever the option is). " Cal Who" wrote in message ... Don't think he know how to use WinZip or anything like that. Can he just use Windows XP? I know there are compressed folders but how do you attach a folder? Thanks "Kathleen Orland" wrote in message ... It would be easiest to zip them. " Cal Who" wrote in message ... Someone needs to send me about twenty files using Outlook. What is the easiest way for him to do that. Maybe collect them by coping them all into one folder? Then what? Thanks |
