I would like all my email messages to "bcc" a certain person from now
on. Is there any way to set this up automatically, without my having to fill in the "bcc" field myself in each message? -- -- Steven L. Remove the "NOSPAM" before sending to this email address. |

The only thought that came to my mind was to save a blank unsent message to
your hard drive with the "BCC" field already populated. Once that is done, a desktop shortcut to the message that was saved to the hard drive. All new messages are started from said desktop shortcut. Come to think of it, one could create a macro in Outlook that starts a new message with the "bcc" field filled out. Then one just has to create a toolbar button that calls the macro.
