| Search the symantec/Norton knowledge base for the answer - it is not related | to OUtlook. | -- | Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Actually it is based upon the afct that it is MAPI compliant AV scanner add-in specific to MS Outlook. The error will show when Outlook is launced and you view the first email. That fixed it. It took me a while to find the Add-In list (which was under Tools - Trust Center -Add-ins - Exchange Client Extensions, if anyone else is looking for it).
