Just lost my Windows XP computer. But my files were backed-up on ClickFree
hard drive. My new computer is Windows 7 and I loaded my Microsoft Office XP Small Business onto my Windows 7 computer. I don't know how to get my Outlook to access my pst files which according to ClickFree are loaded into my new computer. I must tell you that I am NOT very computer smart. |

Call them 866-680-0516 and they will probably guide you very efficiently. Otherwise, your files are normally supposed to be in in %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook And you are smart. You had a backup. Most people do not. ![]() Try this: Open Outlook Go to File - Open - Outlook Data File Type the next line EXACTLY %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook Hit enter See if your Outlook.pst is in that window. -- Leonid S. Outlook 2002 is not compatible with Windows 7. You need at least Outlook 2003. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
