Default outlook to new comp with no disk

I have outlook 2002 and just bought new computer. Did easy transfer wizard
and it was able to move all office products and other files but not outlook.
I no longer have the disk, I have valid product key but do not know how to
transfer or download this version as its old. Has all my contacts and
calendar tho so really want to be able to keep it. Is there anyway to
