Default outlook office 03 - receive emails but unable to connect to outgo.

i use a comcast.net account and have set up new profile .on outlook..gone
thru all the connections with comcast..and check with setting thru microsoft
...nothing works..please help??

State exactly what you've tried and exact what happened when you tried it.
