Default Prompt for Logon Question

We are in the process of modifying many user's at once and need to have an
automated way of changing their outlook settings to prompt for a user id and
password. I know how to do it through tools, services, advanced. However is
there a registry key i can change that would accomplish this? Thanks Billy
