Default Outlook Rules

Hi,
I have a server based rule moving mails from Inbox to a sub-folder when
mails coming in from a specific user. This is not working anymore. When I run
"Run Rules Now..." it works. But it is not working automatically. Is this
something that needs to be turned in Outlook or Exchange? It works fine for
other users. We use Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.

Regards,
Ulf
