Default disable auto archiving through policies?

Hi,

I want to disable auto archiving on all computers in our network.

Instead of going to each machine and disable auto archiving, is there a
possibility to do this through policies? Right now if I disable it manually,
we have a risk that a user re-enables it.

We use windows 2000/2003 server with active directory and xp workstations
with outlook 2000/2003.

Thanks a lot for your response!

Kind regards,

Frank

With the appropriate .adm administrative template file(s) for your version(s) of Outlook installed from the Office Resource Kit, look in the group policy editor under User Configuration / Administrative Templates / Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 [or your version] / Toos | Options / Other / AutoArchive
