I'm trying to customize outlook so that you cannot use the CC feature by
accident. I am sending e-mails and I don't want people to see the entire
distribution list. We have had accidents in the past and I cannot afford to
have it happen again. Bcc is fine but CC is a no-no.

CC is a valuable addition to the sending feature. Sounds like training is
in store for your users.
