OPERATING SYSTEM IS NOT CONFIGURED TO OPERATE OUTLOOK ?
I HAVE REINSTALLED OFFICE 2000 ON W98SE AS I HAD IT BEFORE BUT WHEN I TRY TO
OPEN OUTLOOK I GET THE SAME ERROR "THE OPERATING SYSTEM IS NOT PRESENTLY CONFIGURED TO OPERATE THIS PROGRAMME " ANY IDEAS WHAT I SHOULD DO PLEASE ? -- Nick

You also have a problem with your caps lock - its considered shouting
I believe the err msg is a win sys error, not an office error. Perhaps try a win98 ng, or use the sys file checker, or win98 equivelent. If you also reinstalled the o/s, have you updated it?
