Win XP Home Edition
Office 2003 I have a friend using Outlook for his email client. He has three email accounts that all provide email access through the server online. He wants to configure Outlook so it does NOT check the SMTP servers for each of these accounts when he uses Outlook for sending email or newsgroup activity. He found the option to leave the messages on the server, but does not even want to download them (at least for now) I know how to do it with Express but over the phone he was unable to find any option anywhere with a similiar check box that says "Include this account when receiving or synchronizing" Would someone let me know where this option can be found?. Thanks In Advance |
