Default Getting Error Message

Hello,

I have an Windows 2003 Network with exchange 2003(using cache mode)
installed. I had to disable a user in AD after being let go, and their
manager asked to view the email account to see if they had any emails that
needed to be responded to. I went into AD on the exchange box and gave them
rights for full access to the employees mailbox. Once I added the mailbox to
the managers computer, it said unable to open folders. I wasn't to worried
about that.

However I was going to let them log into the employees computer and look at
the mail that way. Well I was getting prompted to enter username and
password, I realized I just needed to re-enable their user account. So I
went back in and re-enabled the account and changed their password. I then
had the manager log back into the account and then go into outlook, and they
are getting this error message. Unable to open default e-mail folder. you
must connect to your Microsoft Exchange Server computer with the current
profile before you can synchronize your folders with your offline folder file.

So I thought well if I can't get into outlook then I would try Outlook
Webmail, and I can't even get past the part where it asks for username and
password.

Is there some setting I am missing? I have the account enabled, and I never
disabled or deleted the mailbox.

Thanks for any information

Andrew Wong
