Default How to access a PST I created but no longer have permission for

I exported my Calendar to a PST file on another computer with the intention
of using that file as the basis of my calendar on a new PC.
However, now on the new PC I cannot load the backup PST file as I get the
error message "File access is denied. You do not have the permission required
to access the file filename.pst."
I no longer have access to the previous PC.
Can you suggest how I can access this file?
