Hi,
I recently installed Outlook 2003 and -when prompted- integrated Norton Antispam. (I'm running Norton Internet Security) Now,when opening Outlook, Norton's Antispam toolbar is positioned on the third bar level. It can be moved from there, but everythime I start Outlook, the toolbar drops at the same (third bar) position again. While that is not a huge problem, is there any solution to this? Can I configure Norton or Outlook? Thanks in advance |

![]() Hi Brian, While it is probably Nortons responsibility to come up with a more sound e-mail client integration routine, I would like to go down another route: researching a bit I found out that: 1) Outlooks toolbar information is held in a file called "outcmd.dat". 2) It was suggested to change/delete this file, thust reverting outlooks toolbar to its original settings (without Norton Antispam) I found this file is in a hidden folder but dont know how to change it... Any ideas? Thanx "Brian Tillman" wrote: Pusteblume wrote: Now,when opening Outlook, Norton's Antispam toolbar is positioned on the third bar level. you delete, or rename, and it will be recreated when you start OL
