I,m told my product key on my new computer is invalid. I don't understand
this. I am positive the number I submit is correct. |

The product key affixed to the side of your new computer is the Windows product key and has nothing to do with Office's product key. That should be on the Certificate of Authenticity packaged with the Office (or Outlook) installaton kit or on the Office or Outlook CD case. -- Brian Tillman |
