Default How can I open an .ost file in Outlook, without a Exchange setup

I had Exchange setup in Outlook. The machine crashed and I have a backup of
my outlook.ost file which a want to view i Outlook on another machine. That
machine does not have Exchange set-up and therefore Outlook does not
recognise the .ost file. How can I view the file or import to my peronal
