I would like to be able to assign a Nickname, which would actually be a
unique account number, to identify my different ACCOUNTS in Outlook Business Contact Manager. I am a lawyer and I use ACCOUNTS to identify my case files. I would like the Nickname/Account Number field to be the first one on the Account data entry screen, and would like it to display and to sort by it. Is this possible with Outlook? Thank you for any suggestions you may have. |
