most of my tool bar is gray and not working

Default most of my tool bar is gray and not working

Im running windows XP Media Centre and have not installed any new programs
but my outlook no longer shows a full operational tool bar most of the
applications have been grayed out including new mail and reply have tried
repair and even removed Office and reinstalled but the problem remains any
help please

Default most of my tool bar is gray and not working

no this a update version to a 97 full version which would not run correctly
under XP there is a trail version which came with my Viao computer but i have
not activated it do you need more?
