Default ISP Verizon rcvs Verizon & Other mail but cannot reply to other

Hi

ISP Verizon recieves Verizon mail & Other work mail but cannot reply to the
work mail.
550 authentication required for error for every attempt
to reply to work email. I have looked at account profile on ISP settings and
don't see what I need to do. Maybe a relay problem based on earlier threads?
but I don't really know what that means. Please help with basic lingo.

Thx

Get off your gold horse and be helpful or get off the thread. No secrets. My
outlook version is MS 2003 and I already checked server requires
authentication during initial setup because I knew it did. Please only
respond with helpful suggestions minus the ego.

Thank you

Open your mail account. I'm assuming you know how because you decide to
keep your Outlook version a secret. Locate the Outgoing Server tab of the
account properties and select the box labeled "My outgoing server (SMTP)
requires authentication". Click OK. Try again.

If you checked this already, were you actually concerned about getting a
solution you would have stated that fact and any other things you have
tried, as well as your Outlook version so people wouldn't suggest what you'd
tried already, wasting their time and yours.

Grow up.

Problem to solve:
I don't understand where to look in Verizon ISP or in 2003 Outlook to try to
correct the problem of why my Verizon ISP does not let me reply to work
email, which does not use Verizon's outgoing server but a german server,
which requires authentication.
I think we are both suffering from not knowing what we don't know :-)

History of prior posts over 5 days:
Server requires authentication checked
ISP receiving email into one 2003 Outlook for both work and home email
Previous post by Jocelyn with reference to link with relay authentication
errors read but I didn't understand it.
Previous post by Chen asking what ISP I use, answered.

What should work would be an account (using your work address) specifying
your work POP server and the Verizon SMTP server, with the authentication
settings specifying your work credentials for POP and your Verizon
credentials for the SMTP server.
