Default Outlook 2003 problems re installing

Outlook 2003 became unusable and following complete office 2003 re-install
still wouldnt work. when trying to launch I get following error message:
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook, Unable to open the Outlook window,
The set of folders could not be opened, The set of folders could not be
opened," (yep last bit twice) Any clues welcome? all other 3K3 apps open
fine. S
