Default I can't read all the text in the account manager in Outlook.

When I open the email account set up program, the right side is cut off in
the box. Also the text looks strange. Like safe mode. I have run repair
2-3 times. Have reinstalled twice. Nothing seems to change it. Started
after downloading a couple of new programs. Do I have to uninstall those?
Thanks for any help.
