I am running Windows XP SP 2 on a week new old PC.
I had an issue with PSTPRX.DLL following upgrading Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002 tonight - for Active Sync purposes. I have corrected this by creating a new Outlook profile. However, now everytime I start Outlook, the Outlook Express Identity Box pops up, if I click cancel it seems to have no effect - but this is very annoying! I have Outlook configured not to send e-mail. Outlook Express is my default mail client. Any thoughts on why the Outllok Express Identity box would pop up when Outlook is launched? I have checked the short cuts and they all just point to Outlook. |
