Quiet install of MST will only do Typical install

Default Quiet install of MST will only do Typical install

Need Help on this one whenever i do installation on this package and
typical install it doesnot actual install outlook.exe only when doing
complete or custom does it install outlook.exe and having problem
trying to setup transform file to do either of these as soon as do /qb
it reverts to typical install.

will give all information you require to help with this one.
