it requires that you are in a message window, like a new message or a
reply/forward.

is it still not there?

Are you using Word as your mail editor or the built-in Outlook editor?

I don't know how to view that field when using Word as your mail editor.
Deselect Word as the mail editor, open a new message window, click
ViewFrom, close the new message window and reenable Word as your mail
editor. The From field will be available then.
