Default Allow size & position of notes to fit PDA

Is there any way to change the default size of Outlook Notes so that text
entered on my PC will automatically fit my PDA when I sync it with Outlook?
I've been trying to do it with a line of hyphens (I think it was 36 of them
that would fit my Sony Clie's width), but I hate having to do it manually all
the time. None of the 3 "size" options are even CLOSE to fitting my PDA . . .

The text wrap feature works just fine, but I keep service call notes - each
account has it's own note, and I just add text at the bottom every time I
contact or service the account. There's a lot of info (serial numbers,
dates, meter counts, phone numbers, etc) that I have set up using tabs; if I
have the same number of spaces across the note as I do on the PDA, then when
I sync, everything stays lined up perfectly. When it goes into "wrap" mode,
it gets all screwed up on the PDA.

(Didja get all that? There'll be a quiz later . . . .)
