Default Subject: Seperate emails for 2 computers 1 internet connection

Where can I find information to have a home network with 2 computers on, 1
internet connection so that emails only go to addressee and not all on the
computer that is connected at the time.
When I'm on the go with my laptop and I access my email account all of the
new inbox items downloaded the night before on my Desktop.

PLease help,

SAlders

With POP3 email service, there's no way to do that. What you can do is set
both computers to leave a copy of mail on the server so all your messages
will be available for download by both machines. Set one of the machines to
remove mail from the server after (xx) days so that it doesn't pile up.

Cool!
Would those settings be in Outlook/Mail Setup/Email Accounts? Or do I have
to contact my ISP?

The option will be on the Advanced tab of your account properties pages.
You don't state your Outlook version(s) so it's impossible to tell you
exactly how to find that tab.
