I'm not the expert but under Windows XP you can setup separate accounts for
each person using the shared PC....once you do that each Windows account
has their it's own Outlook configuration and as long as each configuration
goes against a separate email account (recommended) then you will not see
each others emails.

If you want to share a single email account the there is a setting under
account properties....click [More Settings] then go to the Advanced tab and
select leave message on server and click the delete when I delete from inbox
checkbox.

This way whoever goes in can move and/or delete emails and if you don't delete
them then they stay on the server for the next person.

HTH,

Martin
