Outlook Express 6.0
Can't receive or send messages. Not an ISP, Virus, spyware, etc. problem.
Have been told that an outgoing message has "jammed" - but no message shows in the outbox. Have tried Microsoft support, but put on hold for too long a time, and also was disconnected. Is it a problem to uninstall and re install OE 6.0. Thanks -- Roger

Outlook Express 6.0
There is no uninstall/reinstall option for Outlook Express. It is installed
with Windows and is updated through Internet Explorer upgrades. Tell the folks at microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general what kind of error you get when you try to send/receive.
