Buttons not available incl New, Reply & Fwd. Mail comes in OK
I have set up the accounts ok. Mail is coming in fine but most of the
commands are unavailable (shaded grey) in all apps eg Contacts, Calendar etc Is there a simple solution to this?

Version of outlook? did you activate it?
