upgraded to outlook 2003 on gateway laptop-can send but not receiv
I just upgraded to outlook 2003 on a new gateway laptop - I can send email
but cannot receive. I have XP media center edition version 2002 service pack 2 I have the mail setup to receive/send on a yahoo personal account/yahoo business account and an email.com account. They all work on my desktop. I upgraded on my dell desktop with no problem.

What happens when you try send/recv for receiving emails? Does Outlook throws any errors? If so, reply back with the errors. Also, you could do is close OE, and try sending a test email to yourself in Outlook.
