I have 6 Outlook 2003 users on a low bandwith network. Because of loaction
we cannot get HSIA without a T-1 type service which does not pay for itself for what we do. We recently replaced our PCs and changed Outlook clients from 2000 to 2003. We are having issues with e-mail and attachment downloads (using .pst files) We are using a typical pop service from an outside vendor. The Outlook client will not complete the download and during the attempt, all other internet access is haulted. Is there a good way to configure Outlook for this type of environment? I am confused as to why these issues were not there when using the older client version. |

Do perhaps you have the polling interval set for less than 10 mins?
Does your ISP have web access to mail, so you can check there? "otts73" wrote in message ... I have 6 Outlook 2003 users on a low bandwith network.
