I had to take my computer in for service. Just in case the system was
reinstalled, I made back up files from my Outlook 2002. These are .pst files. Now that I've reinstalled my outlook 2002 the import wizard tells me that the path I am using (and I've checked it three times) "is not compatible with this version of the Personal Folders information service. If you can assist, kindly e-mail me at Thank you! |

First, there's never any need to import a PST. However, you clearly are trying to open a Unicode PST (i.e., one created with Outlook 2003) with an earlier version of Outlook. -- Brian Tillman |
