msncon32.dll/msncon.dll Issues
Downloaded Outlook 2007 Beta and Outlook will not open due to a msncon.dll
file. I think it has to do with Outlook Connector but tried to download it using MSN but that option is blocked from bing downloaded. Not sure what could be done to correct this.

I am having the same issue. Already had Outlook Connector installed.
Removed it, rebooted and still having the problem. I find no on that knows how to correct this so far... what version of the connector do you have installed? Go to the trust center
and disable it.
