Default Activationwizard problems

Hello, Ihave just downloaded the new MSOffice 2007, and when I try to open
Outlook for the 1st time -a window says that msncon32.dll cannot be
loaded-then shut down Outlook. Is there a different .dll or patch fix for
this problem?
