I have made many folders in my MS Outlook 2003. Each folder corresponds to a
department i handle. when I receive messages from a particular department, I receive it in my inbox and then i drag it to the corresponding folder. Is it possible that this happens automatically? for example, if i receive a message from "department A", it should directly go to the folder for department A, rather than going to the inbox. |

You can use a Rule. Look in Tools | Rules and alerts is one way to access
