I have a user who received a new PC and then complained that their resolution
was too small. Our Help Desk then changed their resolution to 800 x 600 and made some other display changes (which they can't remember anymore, argh!). Now the user's Outlook display settings are extremely large, but just in the right pane where you see all the messages. The folder list is normal size. It's very strange. I'm thinking something got changed in Outlook, but I can't seem to find anything. Any ideas? Using Outlook 2K3, and Win 2K. Thanks. |
