No matter what Kennedy says (Big Broter syndrome) Outlook should allow the
control of attachments. Outlook is used with IMAP and not always exchange. We have never been infected by a virus from an email. There are some intelligent users you know. It is quite inconvenient to always rename and always zip, especially for internal mail. I doubt there is any way to change anything Microsoft decides but that is my comment! ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
