Now, I need to handle mails sent to different alias adresses differently by
using rules. For example I need to define in the rule that mails sent to
has to be forwarded to a specific person. Or mails sent to
has to be put in a specific folder etc.

This is a versy simpel procedure I used when I still used the old outlook
with pop3 mail, but apperantly impossible with outlook2003 and exchange
server. I know that one solution could be to establish different e-mail
accounts rather than aliases, but it is quite expensive when you need many
e-mail accounts.

Exchange just isn't designed to provide rule handling for secondary email addresses. You might want to consider using mail-enabled public folders for at least the forwarding tasks, if not some of the others.
