It's impossible to say without knowing what you mean by "alias addresses" and what rule conditions you're using.

Exchange just isn't designed to provide rule handling for secondary email addresses. You might want to consider using mail-enabled public folders for at least the forwarding tasks, if not some of the others.

Alias address is the alias e-mail addresses related to my main e-mail
account. That is if my e-mail account is my alias adrees can by
. Mails sendt to will be collected by my main
account
.

Now, I need to handle mails sent to different alias adresses differently by
using rules. For example I need to define in the rule that mails sent to
has to be forwarded to a specific person. Or mails sent to
has to be put in a specific folder etc.

This is a versy simpel procedure I used when I still used the old outlook
with pop3 mail, but apperantly impossible with outlook2003 and exchange
server. I know that one solution could be to establish different e-mail
accounts rather than aliases, but it is quite expensive when you need many
e-mail accounts.
