I have recently installed Office SBE on a new Dell 5150 Dimension desktop
running XP Pro and everything runs correctly, except for Outlook. When I open Outlook I get an error message as follows... "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The file C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.ost is not an offline folder file" The software was installed with Administrator privileges. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing with no change. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? |
