I posted a question on 5/25 to which no response has been received from
anyone. Surely, someone can help me with what seems a simple issue. Under the subject of "cannot receive email at secondary address" I wrote "In Outlook 2002, I cannot receive mail at my secondary address. I followed the install protocol for POP and tested okay at the end. Now, each time I do a send/receive, a "Enter Network Password" box pops up with my server, user name and password asking OK or Cancel. Responding to this does nothing but make the box go away. Email comes and goes regularly at my primary address." If more information is needed, please let me know. Thank you in advance for helping. |

This isn't rudeness. Questions here are answered by volunteers. It has been
a US holiday and it was probably just missed. If I had an answer, I would give it to you. It probably would have been better to have posted a reply to your own message rather than start a new thread. The subject matter for this one is off topic and may not draw the readers you need. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome!
